ESP32-C5 blink

A real emulated ESP32-C5 (single RISC-V RV32IMAC at 240 MHz) runs the bundled chip-specific firmware and blinks its onboard G27 RGB pixel. The C5 is the bench’s only dual-band board: its Wi-Fi 6 station sees 5 GHz networks that no other board here can hear, and it also carries an 802.15.4 radio for Thread and Zigbee.
