Privacy policy

Effective 11 July 2026. This is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here changes materially, the date changes and the change is called out on this page.

What we store (today: almost nothing)

• Your circuits and settings stay in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). They are not uploaded anywhere. Clearing site data deletes them; export anything you care about first.
• No accounts exist yet. When cloud sync ships it will be opt-in, this policy will be updated first, and the simulator will keep working without signing in.

What we measure on the hosted site

• Aggregate, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): page views, country, browser family. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no way for us to identify you.
• Error reports (Sentry): when the app crashes, the error message, stack trace, and browser version may be sent so the bug gets fixed. Your circuit documents are never attached to error reports.

Self-hosted and offline builds contain neither. There is no advertising, no data brokering, and no selling or sharing of anything, ever.

Your rights

Since your work never leaves your machine, you already hold it. For anything else (an analytics question, an error report you regret sending), email [email protected] and it will be handled. GDPR applies and is honored in spirit as well as letter.
